Niramaya Hosts “Dhyan Se Gyan” Yogic Wellness Programme at Saraswati Vidya Niketan and Udharbond RSTC

Way2barak, August 17 : To commemorate the 80th Independence Day, Niramaya – School of Yoga Education, Silchar, conducted a special yogic wellness initiative titled “Dhyan Se Gyan.” As part of this outreach, specialized sessions were organized on August 14 and 15 at Saraswati Vidya Niketan on Link Road and at the Udharbond RSTC. The resource persons representing Niramaya included Shatakshi Bhattacharjee, Dr. Tuhin Deshmukh, Pallab Kanti De, and Yoga Acharya Rahul.
At Saraswati Vidya Niketan, Headmistress Sangeeta Roy Choudhury presented a formal feedback letter to the officials of Niramaya. Addressing the gathering, she emphasized that such wellness initiatives are essential for the holistic development of students and expressed confidence that the pupils would benefit greatly from the session. She also affirmed that Saraswati Vidya Niketan will continue to collaborate with Niramaya in the future to promote yoga education.

Speaking on the occasion, Shatakshi Bhattacharjee, Director of Niramaya, stated that whether in academics, sports, or nation-building, maintaining a vibrant body and mind is the key to achieving true success. She noted that regular yoga practice keeps an individual physically energized and mentally resilient under all circumstances while fostering inner joy. Aligning with the spirit of “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Yoga,” she urged everyone to incorporate daily yoga into their lives.
At Udharbond RSTC, Rupa Sarkar played an active role in ensuring the successful execution of the programme. Notably, under the resolve of “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Yoga,” Niramaya – School of Yoga Education, in joint collaboration with the Institute for Yoga Education Research and Holistic Sciences, is conducting the “Dhyan Se Gyan” practice sessions from August 12 to August 31.
