3 found Covid +ve in Cachar on 5 November

Nov. 5: The District Health Department of Cachar updated the Covid-19 data of Friday at 10.45 PM. As per the latest data, a total of 3 persons were found positive in the district on 3 November. Also, 08 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the number of active cases in Cachar has reached 48.  It needs mention here that on Thursday, 03 persons were detected as Covid-19 positive in Cachar.

As per the updated data, a total of 823 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) were done, out of which, 01 person was found positive, whereas 02 more were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. With this, the total number of Covid cases since 1 April, 2021 reached 20,328 whereas during this phase, 20,064 patients were discharged.

Apart from this, the district authority informed that out of the 48 active patients:

06 of them are admitted at SMCH
01 at MH
03 at Green Heals Pvt Hospital
00 at Cachar Cancer Hospital
38 patients are in home isolation.
