None found Covid +ve in Hailakandi for 2 consecutive days

Sept. 11: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Saturday, Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether 08 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 653 RAT tests and 71 RT-PCR tests were done. No patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,882 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,451 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that no persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Friday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. Further, during the day, 2,897 persons were administered Covid-19 vaccines.
