Robin Hood Army Silchar helps inmates of old age home to get vaccinated

May 7: The Robin’s of Robin Hood Army Silchar have come forward to help the inmates of Jeevandeep Old Age Home to get vaccinated. They lend their helping hand in getting the senior citizens of the old age home register online for the Covid vaccine. That was not just the end. On the assigned date, they took along the inmates to the vaccination centres and also dropped them back at the centre.

The Robin Hood Army is a zero-funds volunteer organization that works to get surplus food from restaurants and communities to serve the less fortunate on a daily basis with its presence in 225 cities in 12 countries across globe.

The senior Citizen vaccination help (Named as Senior Patrol) is conducted by Robin Hood army across the country and in compliance to that Robin Hood Army Silchar has till date helped approximately 200 Senior Citizens in getting vaccinated for Covid 19 vaccine and has secured 2^nd Position in entire India.

Apart from that, Robinhood army is also engaged in teaching Street Children in Robinhood Academy, Distributing Ration Kits to remotest areas, Rehabilitation for Mentally and Physically challenged and many more. Even in this Covid Situation, Robinhood army is distributing food daily to the hungry citizens maintaining all Government announced safety precautions.
