Peddler arrested by Cachar Police along with 4000 Yaba tablets

Sept. 24: In the continued operations against drugs, Cachar Police on Thursday seized 4000 Yaba tablets from one person in Jirighat Police Station area. Further investigation by the police is on.

Meanwhile, in another incident on Thursday, Silchar Police conducted an operation in Nagatilla area from where fake currency worth Rs. 5,50,000 was seized. Two persons in this connection were also arrested by the police. Investigation is on to find out the details of the racket.
