রবিবার আড়াই লক্ষ করসেবক জড়ো হচ্ছেন অযোধ্যায়Lakhs of Kar Sevaks expected at ‘Dharma Sabha’ at Ayodhya on Sunday
২৪ নভেম্বরঃ ‘রামের জন্মভূমি’ এখন আতঙ্কের কেন্দ্রে। রবিবার আরএসএস, ভিএইচপি, শিবসেনা সহ বিভিন্ন সংগঠনের আড়াই লক্ষ করসেবক ধরমসভায় যোগ দিতে অযোধ্যায় জড়ো হতে চলেছে। তাঁদের দাবি, বিতর্কিত জমিতে রামমন্দির তৈরির অনুমতি দিতে হবে। মামলা এখনও সুপ্রিম কোর্টে ঝুলছে। তাঁদের বক্তব্য, রায়ের জন্য এতদিন অপেক্ষা করা যাবে না। রাম জন্মভূমি ন্যাসের প্রধান মহন্ত নৃত্যগোপাল দাস বলেন, হিন্দুদের এসে দেখে যাওয়া উচিত, কীভাবে একটি তাবুর নীচে রামলালা রয়েছে। মন্দির নির্মাণে তাদের এগিয়ে আসা উচিত। সুপ্রিম কোর্টেরও ধর্মের ব্যাপারে এত নাক গলানো উচিত নয়।
এ দিকে শিবসেনা প্রধান উদ্ধব ঠাকরে কিছুদিন ধরেই রামমন্দির ইস্যুতে বিজেপি-কে তুলোধোনা করে চলেছেন। তার পরেও রবিবারের অযোধ্যা সফরে তাঁকে রাজ্যের অতিথি হিসেবে সরকারি ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। আশা করা হচ্ছে, এ বার উদ্ধবই হিন্দুত্বের ধ্বজাধারীদের এক ছাতার তলায় নিয়ে আসবেন। তবে তিনি এদিনও বিজেপি-কে একহাত নিয়ে বলেন, রামমন্দির ভোটের ইস্যুতে পরিণত হয়েছে। তাই রবিবার যাচ্ছি সবাইকে জিজ্ঞেস করবো, আর কত নির্বাচনে রামমন্দিরকে ইস্যু করা হবে।
বিশ্ব হিন্দু পরিষদ নেতা ত্রিলোকীনাথ পান্ডে বলেন, হিন্দুদের মধ্যে চেতনা জাগাতে হবে। হিন্দুদের স্বার্থে এখন সংবিধান সংশোধনের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে বলেও মন্তব্য করেন তিনি। পাণ্ডে অবশ্য আশাবাদী, নরেন্দ্র মোদী মন্দিরের জন্য কিছু একটা বিশেষ পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করবেন।
হনুমানগিরির মহন্ত রামদাস পাণ্ডেও চান রামমন্দির নির্মাণ দ্রুত শুরু হোক। সেখানো কোনওকালে মসজিদ ছিল না। ফলে এ নিয়ে অহেতুক কথা বাড়ানোকেও তিনি অর্থহীন বলে মন্তব্য করেন। তবে তাঁর যুক্তি, মন্দির হচ্ছে শান্তির জায়গা। এ যেন জিতে নেওয়ার পর্যায়ে গিয়ে না পৌছায়।
Vishwa Hindu Parishads (VHP’s) Dharam Sabha will be held at the sprawling Bade Bhakt Mahal ground. Every dharamshala in the city is full to capacity and hotels are all booked.The organisation says it will be the biggest congregation of saints and supporters of the Ram temple since 1992 when the Babri Masjid was razed. The agenda is to discuss the way forward for the construction of the Ram temple, the right wing organisation said. The VHP has been mobilising support for its big event through bike rallies and processions across UP in the last few days.
Hundreds of policemen have been deployed at the disputed Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Majid site and prohibitory orders under Section 144 of the CrPC have been imposed. Devotees are being allowed darshan at the makeshift temple there in small batches. The Uttar Pradesh Police has sounded a statewide alert, fearing disruption to law and order during the VHP’s Dharam Sabha on Sunday, when more than one lakh people are expected to converge in the town. This is expected to be the largest gathering in the town since 1992, when thousands of Kar Sevaks had uprooted barricades and razed the 16th century Babri Masjid on December 6 that year.
The Shiv Sena has demanded an ordinance or executive order for the construction of a Ram temple and claims it has the support of more than 400 members of Parliament cutting across party lines.Sena leader Sanjay Raut, who is in Ayodhya, raised brows when he said, “We demolished the Babri masjid in 17 minutes, how much time does it take to draw up papers? If you talk about an ordinance, then from the President’s House Rashtrapati Bhavan to Uttar Pradesh, it is BJP all the way. What else do you want?”
“The BJP doesn’t believe in either the Supreme Court or the Constitution. The party can go to any extent. The kind of environment there is in UP, especially in Ayodhya, the Supreme Court should take notice of it and send the army if necessary,” said Akhilesh Yadav, chief of the Samajwadi Party. But the VHP claimed that Ram bhakts are always in control. “These are disciplined people, always in control. They only need direction and that will come from our saints. This is a religious programme,” said Sharad Sharma, spokesperson of the VHP.
