Field trainers undergo intensive preparation for census operations 2027 in Cachar

way2barak, June 25: Preparations for the Census Operations, 2027 have gathered momentum in Cachar with the launch of a structured training programme for Field Trainers at the Conference Hall of Silchar Municipal Corporation. The programme being conducted under the supervision of the Principal, Census Officer, Cachar is designed to equip trainers with the knowledge and practical skills required for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming census exercise.

The first batch of the training programme commenced on June 23 and will continue till June 25, while the second batch is scheduled to be held from June 29 to July 1. Officials associated with census administration, master trainers and field-level functionaries are participating in the sessions.

During the training, participants will be familiarised with the operational framework of Census Operations, 2027, including enumeration procedures, data collection protocols, reporting mechanisms and field-level responsibilities.
