11th Foundation Day of Bhojpuri Parishad celebrated at Silchar

April 6: The Cachar District Committee of Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Parishad (AABP) celebrated its 11th Foundation Day at its Itkhola office, Silchar on Saturday amidst much fanfare. The programme began at 9 AM with unfurling of the Parishad’s flag by its President Dr. Ranjan Singh in presence of other dignitaries.

The flag hoisting was followed by a unique programme of exchange of views titled ‘Bichar Vimarsh’ wherein  Kameshwar Gajlu, Sanjeev Roy, Dr Ranjan Singh, Kashi Prashad Singh, Prem Sagar Singh, Binapani Mishra, Chanchala Nunia, Bandita Trivedi Roy, Prem Sagar Singh, Pinki Singh, Rajesh Mishra and some others took active part. The programme was enriched by the views expressed by the participants.

The district chapter of Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Parishad (AABP) also felicitated three dynamic youths of Silchar for achieving success in their respective fields. They are Rahul Singh (National Cricketer), Sanjit Pandey (National Hockey Player) and Kamalesh Tewari (Renowned Yoga Trainer).

It was indeed a befitting way to celebrate its 11th Foundation day by Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Parishad (AABP). All those who participated in the celebration expressed happiness to meet and celebrate the day amidst a host of activities.

The programme was anchored by Sanjeev Roy, Vice President AABP central committee, Assam.
