None tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Tuesday, 5 discharged

Aug. 17: In what seems to be a good sign is that, none tested COVID-19 positive on Tuesday. The district has altogether 26 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 977 RAT tests and 79 RT-PCR tests were done. 05 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,854 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,405 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 03 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. During the day, 7,207 persons were vaccinated in Hailakandi .
