4 tests Covid-19 +ve in Cachar on Friday, active cases 6

March 5: On Friday, 05 new case of COVID-19 was reported in Cachar. During the day, a total of 1,176 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done, out of which, 02 persons were found positive, whereas, another 02 persons were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. This was informed by Dr. Ibrahim Ali Ahmed, District Surveillance Officer (DSO), IDSP, Cachar on Friday night.

With this, the district tally of coronavirus now stands at 11,488.  Further, a total of 11,444 patients were discharged in the district as of now. Cachar registered a total of 38 COVID-19 deaths till now. At present, there are 06 active cases of COVID-19 in the district.
