11 detected Covid +ve in Karimganj on Wednesday, 1 death registered

April 21: On Wdnesday, 11 new cases of COVID-19 was reported in Karimganj. During the day, a total of 1,203 samples were tested, out of which, a total of 11 persons were found positive. Further 22 persons were discharged in the district after being cured. At present, there are 89 active cases in Karimganj.

Further, during the day 01 person from RamkrishnaNagar in Karimganj died after being tested Covid-19 positive. The deceased was identified as Baapa Biswas (43). He was admitted at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH) on 19 April. The man breathed his last at 3.30 PM on 21 April.
