US to sell F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia

way2barak November 19: US President Donald Trump says Saudi Arabia will be sent US-made F-35 fighter jets “very quickly.”

Addressing the US-Saudi Investment Forum in Washington, Trump says the US is selling top-notch military equipment to Saudi Arabia, including 300 tanks and “airplanes,” an apparent reference to the F-35s.

“We’re working on getting that approved very quickly. It’s already approved, don’t worry,” Trump quips. “We have to go through a process… the process will take 24 hours, so you’re in good shape.”
