Rahul Gandhi to address public gathering at Panchgram on 9 April

৫ এপ্রিল : শিলচর ও করিমগঞ্জ লোকসভা আসনে কংগ্রেস প্রার্থীদের প্রচারে হাওয়া তুলতে বরাক উপত্যকায় আসছেন কংগ্রেসের সর্বভারতীয় সভাপতি রাহুল গান্ধী। আগামী ৯ এপ্রিল বেলা ১১টায় পাঁচগ্রামে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে তাঁর নির্বাচনী জনসভা।

কংগ্রেসের একটি সূত্র জানিয়েছে, রাহুল গান্ধী কুম্ভীরগ্রাম বিমানবন্দরে পৌছে সেখান থেকে চপারে চলে যাবেন পাঁচগ্রাম আই এন টি ইউ সির মাঠে। নির্বাচনী জনসভা সেরে এ দিনই তিনি দিল্লি ফিরে যাবেন বলে সূত্রটি জানিয়েছে।

April 5: Congress President Rahul Gandhi is slated to visit Silchar and Karimganj in order to canvass for its party candidates Sushmita Dev from Silchar and Swarup Das from Karimganj. Mr. Gandhi will be addressing a poll meeting at Panchgram on 9 April at 11 in the morning.

As per a source in the congress, it was learnt that Rahul Gandhi will reach Kumbhirgram Airport and from there he will take a helicopter and land in the field of INTUC at Panchgram. The source informed that Mr. Gandhi will go back to Delhi after the Panchgram meeting.
