4 found Covid +ve in Assam, 1 discharged & no death registered on Friday

Mar. 18: On Friday, out of 822 tests, 04 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 7,24,185. The positivity rate in the state is 0.92 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 03 positive cases during the day. Further, on Friday, none died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,639. The recovery rate is 98.89 percent. Also, 01 person was discharged during the day. There are at present 18 active Covid patients in the state.

It needs mention here that on Thursday, 03 persons tested positive in Assam and no death was registered.
