Iran says will not stop

way2barak March 12: In yet another defiant message addressed to US President Donald Trump, Ali Larijani, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said Tehran “will not relent until making you sorry for this grave miscalculation”.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian outlines three conditions to end the war: recognition of Tehran’s legitimate rights, payment of reparations and firm international guarantees against future aggression.

Multiple explosions have been reported across Iran’s capital Tehran and other cities as US-Israeli attacks continue.

Iraq has shut down oil port operations after deadly attacks on two foreign oil tankers as Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE and Saudi Arabia intercept more Iranian missiles and drones.

Iran and Hezbollah launch coordinated waves of attacks on Israel as the Israeli military continues large-scale attacks on the Lebanese capital, Beirut, including its central areas.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said an FBI alert to law enforcement agencies warning that Iran could launch drone attacks in California was based on a single unverified tip.

 

The alert cited FBI information that, as of early February, Iran “allegedly aspired to conduct a surprise attack using unmanned aerial vehicles” launched from a sea vessel against targets in California.

 

In a post on X on Thursday, Leavitt said that the alert was based on one email sent to local law enforcement in California containing a single, unverified tip.

 

“TO BE CLEAR: No such threat from Iran to our homeland exists, and it never did,” Leavitt wrote.

An Israeli strike killed two academics at the Lebanese University in Beirut.

 

Hussein Bazzi, the director of the faculty of sciences, and Professor Mortada Srour were killed in the attack on southern Beirut.
