Assam University postpones its 19th Convocation to be held on 6 April

March 15: In a notification issued by Dr PK Nath, Registrar of Assam University on 14 March, it was stated that the 19th Convocation to be held on 6 April, 2022 has been postponed “due to some unavoidable circumstances. He further stated that the new date will be notified as early as possible.

Earlier, on 9 February, 2022, it was notified that the 19th Convocation of Assam University will be held on 6 April, 2022. The dress rehearsal was also supposed to be held on 5 April, 2022. However, now it seems that even the dress rehearsal would not take place until further notification is issued by the University authority.
