Cachar Police recovered drugs from 2 suspected peddlers

April 21: Continuing their fight against narcotics, Cachar Police on Tuesday evening recovered drugs from two suspected peddlers. Taking to the social media, Cachar Police wrote, “Our War Against Narcos is on: Acting on the basis of a tip-off, the Special Task Force of Cachar Police recovered around 250 grams of heroin from 2 suspected smugglers at Jirighat on Tuesday evening. A Scooty has also been recovered from their possession.”
