141 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Friday, 201 discharged & 1 death registered

Dec 10: On Friday, out of 31,316 tests, 141 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,18,329. The positivity rate in the state is 0.45 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 64 positive cases during the day. Further, on Friday, 01 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,130. The recovery rate is 98.61 percent. Also, 201 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,135 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Thursday, 146 persons tested positive in Assam and 02 deaths were registered.
