With 578 patients discharged on Saturday, Assam crosses 10,000-plus recovery mark

July 11: On Saturday, 578 patients were discharged from various hospitals across Assam. With this, a total of 10,426 patients were recovered and subsequently discharged in the state. As of now, there are 5072 active cases in Assam. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “578 patients go home today. The discharged number doubles that of active cases, and that’s a good news in a time like this. Stay fit & healthy.”
