Eminent citizen & BJP worker of Katlicherra, Kripesh Bhattacharjee passes away

Feb. 14: Kripesh Bhattacharjee, a veteran BJP worker and associated with many other social organisations breathed his last due to old-age related ailments at his own house at Katlicherra on last Wednesday. He was 74. Local BJP leaders came to his house to pay their homage to the deceased. Former Mandal President Jyotirmoy Paul, Sanat Das & others wrapped his dead body with the party flag.

Kripesh Bhattacharjee was the President of Rongpur Cooperative Society at Katlicherra in the 80’s decade. He was also a Panchayat member of Rangabak GP. His death was mourned by many organisations of Katlicherra.
