142 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Thursday, 245 discharged & 5 deaths registered

Nov. 25: On Thursday, out of 32,597 tests, 142 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,16,137. The positivity rate in the state is 0.44 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 60 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 05 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,086. The recovery rate is 98.55 percent. Also, 245 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,488 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Wednesday, 214 persons tested positive in Assam and 02 deaths were registered.
