DRISTI : 7 Days Eye Camp Throughout Barak valley From Wednesday

way2barak, 28 Feb : “DRISTI”, a vision care program, an initiative of RC Greater  Silchar, Saksham, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangha has been inaugurated on Tuesday, where an awareness on Refractive vision was conducted by a team of six doctors who arrived from Bangalore, led by Dr. Jasbeer Singh, who is associated with ALOKA vision program throughout the world. The eye camps will be conducted throughout Barak valley from 1st March to 7th March. There will be total 10 venues where these camps will be conducted:
1st March – Dolu Tea Estate
2nd March – Udharband Tea Garden
3rd March – Algapur, Patharkandi
4th March – Amraghat Tea Estate, Baghbari Badarpur
5th March – Lakhipur, Ramkrishna Nagar
6th March – Hailakandi Bazar
7th March – Meherpur Silchar.

In these camps there will be eye check up with free distribution of medicine and spectacles.
