27 Pension Sewa Kendras to be launched across the state including Barak on 29 July

July 21: The Administrative Reforms, Training, Pension & Public Grievances Department has taken a special initiative in order to ease the hardship of the pensioners. The department has set up 27 Pension Sewa Kendras across the State of Assam through AMTRON. These will be inaugurated on 29 July, 2022.

Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, Chief Minister of Assam will formally inaugurate the Sewa Kendra of Kamrup Metro at 10:30 am on that day. The other kendras in various districts will also be inaugurated by the Ministers as assigned to them on the same day at 4.30 pm. However, few of them will be inaugurated in the next day by the Ministers where the distance to be covered is not feasible on the same day.

  • Minister Ranjeet Kr. Dass will inaugurate the Pension Sewa Kendras of Barpeta and Dhubri;
  • Atul Bora in Dibrugarh and Tinsukia;
  • Urkhao Gwra Brahma in Baska and Chirang;
  • Chandra Mohan Patowary Darrang and Kamrup;
  • Parimal Shuklabaidya in Hailakandi and Karimganj;
  • Keshab Mahanta in Golaghat and Marigaon;
  • Dr. Ranoj Pegu in Jorhat and Sivasagar;
  • Ashok Singhal in Cachar and Kokrajhar;
  • Jogen Mohan in Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong;
  • Sanjay Kishan in Dhemaji and Lakhimpur;
  • Ajanta Neog in Nalbari and Goalpara;
  • Pijush Hazarika in Nagaon and Sonitpur;
  • Nandita Goriosa in Bongaigaon
  • Minister Jayanta Malla Barua will inaugurate in Udalguri.
