To mark the 75th Independence Day, Assam to observe ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign

July 16: On Saturday, Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma held a video conference with the Deputy Commissioners to elicit their role in encouraging people across the state to participate in “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign and hoist the national flag at their residences to mark the 75th Independence Day.

The campaign has been taken under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ as this novel occasion will be celebrated in an auspicious manner of unfurling Tricolour at every house.
