দিল্লিতে স্বাধীনতা দিবসের অনুষ্ঠানে আমন্ত্রিত নিরাময়ের শতাক্ষী-রাহুল
Yogacharya Rahul and Shatakshi from Niramaya invited as special guests to the I’Day function in Delhi

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১৩ আগস্ট : ভারত সরকারের আয়ুষ মন্ত্রকের আমন্ত্রণে দিল্লির লালকেল্লায় স্বাধীনতা দিবসের মূল অনুষ্ঠানে ‘বিশেষ অতিথি” হিসেবে অংশ নিচ্ছেন যোগাচার্য রাহুল চক্রবর্তী ও শতাক্ষী ভট্টাচার্য।উত্তর-পূর্বের মধ্যে যোগ সার্টিফিকেশন বোর্ড, আয়ুষ মন্ত্রকের একমাত্র স্বীকৃতিপ্রাপ্ত যোগ শিক্ষা সংস্থান শিলচর “নিরাময়” এর লিগ্যাসি পার্সন (যোগ পরম্পরা ও হোলিস্টিক এডুকেশন) পদে রয়েছেন যোগাচার্য রাহুল। তিনি আয়ুষ মন্ত্রকের লিডিং যোগ ইনস্টিটিউশন পরমানন্দ ইনস্টিটিউট অব যোগ সায়েন্স-এর উত্তর-পূর্বের রিজিওনাল ডিরেক্টর পদেও রয়েছেন।

অন্যদিকে নিরাময়-এর ডিরেক্টর ও ইন্ডিয়ান যোগ অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের জোনাল হেড (উত্তর-পূর্ব) পদে রয়েছেন শতাক্ষী।ফলে আয়ুষ মন্ত্রকের নিয়ম-শৃঙ্খলা ও গুরু পরম্পরা  অনুযায়ী সঠিক যোগ শিক্ষার প্রচার-প্রসারে  অগ্রণী ভূমিকা আদায় করে চলেছেন তাঁরা।কার্যত যোগ ক্ষেত্রে এই অনবদ্য কাজের জন্যই এই আমন্ত্রণ।মন্ত্রকের প্রথম উদ্যোগ হিসেবে এই ক্ষেত্র থেকে দেশের প্রায়  ৮৫-৯০ জন মনোনীত হলেও উত্তর-পূর্ব থেকে একমাত্র রাহুল ও শতাক্ষী।

প্রসঙ্গত, ৫ দিনের এই সফরের মধ্যে স্বাধীনতা দিবসের অনুষ্ঠানে ছাড়াও বিভিন্ন অফিশিয়াল কর্মসূচিতে অংশ নেবেন তাঁরা। আর এই সফরের বিমান ভাড়া সহ এর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত যাবতীয় ব্যয়ভার বহন করছে ভারত সরকার। ১৩ আগস্ট সকালেই দিল্লির উদ্দেশে রওনা দিয়েছেন যোগাচার্য রাহুল ও শতাক্ষী। শিলচর নিরাময় ট্রাস্ট বোর্ডের সভাপতি তথা ভারত সেবাশ্রম সংঘের লামডিং প্রণবানন্দ বিদ্যামন্দিরের অধ্যক্ষ শেখর চক্রবর্তী ও নিরাময় স্কুল অব যোগ এডুকেশন-এর চেয়ারম্যান ডা: অজিত কুমার ভট্টাচার্য এ খবর জানিয়েছেন। তাঁদের কথায় নিরাময় পরিবার ও তার সঙ্গে জড়িত প্রতিটা ইনস্টিটিউশনের জন্য এটি সত্যিই খুশির মুহূর্ত।

way2barak, August 13 : Yogacharya Rahul Chakraborty and Shatakshi Bhattacharjee have been invited by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, as ‘special guests’ to the main Independence Day function at the Red Fort in Delhi. Rahul is the Legacy Person (Yoga Tradition and Holistic Education) at “Niramaya”, Silchar, which is the only Yoga Certification Board recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH in the Northeast. He also serves as the Regional Director for the Northeast at the Ministry of AYUSH’s leading yoga institution, Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences. Shatakshi, on the other hand, is the Director of “Niramaya” and the Zonal Head (Northeast) of the Indian Yoga Association.

Both Rahul and Shatakshi are playing a leading role in promoting proper yoga education, following the rules of the Ministry of AYUSH and the guru-shishya tradition. This invitation is in recognition of their outstanding work in the field of yoga. While 85-90 individuals were nominated from across the country for this first-of-its-kind initiative by the ministry, Rahul and Shatakshi are the only ones from the North-East.

During their five-day visit, they will participate in various official programs in addition to the Independence Day function. The Government of India is bearing all expenses related to their trip, including airfare. Yogacharya Rahul and Shatakshi left for Delhi on the morning of August 13. Shekhar Chakraborty, President of the Silchar Niramaya Trust Board and Principal of Bharat Sevashram Sangha’s Lumding Pranabananda Vidyamandir, and Dr. Ajit Kumar Bhattacharjee, Chairman of “Niramaya” School of Yoga Education, shared this news. They stated that this is a truly happy moment for the “Niramaya” family and all associated institutions and organisations.
