Congress leader Sachin Pilot to campaign for party candidate in Silchar on 28 March

March 25: The fight for the power seat in Dispur has reached its climax in Assam. The election for the 126 constituencies in the state will be held in three phases on 27 March, 1 April and 6 April. Meanwhile, the political parties are leaving no stones unturned to reach to the voters. Star campaigners of each party are touring the state and busy canvassing for their party candidates.

The race for the star campaigners can also be noticed in Silchar. The prestigious Silchar seat will go for the polls in the second round on 1 April. Youth leader of the Indian National Congress Sachin Pilot is scheduled to visit Silchar and Karimganj on 28 March (Sunday), 2021. Pilot will be on a one-day tour of Barak Valley. He will be canvassing in favour of the Congress candidate in Silchar and Karimganj.

As per the tour schedule of MLA & Ex-Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot, he is supposed to arrive in Silchar at 10.50 AM on 28 March. The popular youth leader Sachin Pilot will then participate in a road show in Silchar in support of the Congress candidate Tamal Kanti Banik. On the same day, Pilot will also go to Karimganj and participate in another road show there in support of the party candidates.
