03 tests +ve in Cachar on Saturday, tally reaches 11,466

Feb. 5: On Saturday, a total of 03 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Cachar. During the day, a total of 928 Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) were done, out of which, 01 person was found positive, whereas 02 persons were  detected positive in RT-PCR Test. This was informed by Dr. Ibrahim Ali Ahmed, District Surveillance Officer (DSO), IDSP, Cachar on Saturday night. During the day, three patients were discharged.

With this, the district tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 11,466.  Further, a total of 11,415 patients were discharged in the district as of now. Cachar registered a total of 38 COVID-19 deaths till now. At present, there are 13 active cases in the district. It needs mention here that none were found positive in Cachar on Friday.
