SHANTICA, a new start up initiative by corporate experts to train youths from Silchar

July 22: SHANTICA, one of the start up initiatives will be launched for youths of Silchar on 25 July, 2021. This is a group of corporate experts from Silchar who are starting a training and upskill initiative for the youths.

According to the founder of Shantica, Sucharita Dhar, “Most of the kids in their generation had very limited exposure and zero guidance while growing up. While a few lucky ones could go out and achieve their dreams, a huge majority was lost and didn’t know what to do in their career. So to solve this problem and develop their hometown, 4 passionate youths, Sucharita Dhar (HR Manager), Ankita Paul (People Manager), Tapashree Dev (Training Manager), Ricky Dev (IT Manager) are launching Shantica on 25 July with a *FREE Career Counseling” session for all students in Silchar.

She said, “With our first hand corporate knowledge, we will coach aspirants with key skills like effective communication, leadership skills, technical skills, confidence building etc as 50 youths get rejected in interviews because they lack these important skills. as per our recent survey, 85% of the students from Silchar feel they don’t have enough guidance & support to pursue their career goals.”

Shantica urged upon the aspiring youths to register themselves online at https://docs.google.com/forms for participating in free counselling at 5 PM on 25 July.
