Dr.Kumar Kanti Das feeling much better, states Health bulletin released by hospital

Sept: 5: Renowned physician, Dr Kumar Kanti Das most popular among the people as Dr Lakhan Das has been admitted at Green heals Hospital on Saturday after being detected Covid-19 positive. However, on Sunday, rumours were spread by a section of the people in social media about the ‘passing away of Dr.Das.’ As such the hospital authorities released a health bulletin on his present status at 7.30 PM on Sunday.

The health bulletin stated, “Dr. Kumar Kanti Das ( Dr. Lakhan Das Sir) after being positive (RTPCR) for Covidl9 is admitted at the Covid Care Ward of Green Heals Hospital. He has presented with mild Covid symptoms, generalized weakness and loss of appetite. He is clinically stable and maintaining a good oxygen saturation. Currently he is feeling better and treating Doctors are quite hopeful of his uneventful recovery without any untoward complications. It is an immense pride for us to treat a stalwart Doctor of his stature. This information is issued to clear the confusion amongst his well wishers and contain unwanted circulation of false news.”
