Rotary Club of Silchar Pink observed its 4th Installation ceremony

Aug. 20: Rotary Club of Silchar Pink observed its 4th Installation on 19 August in a small and humble way for Rotary year 2022-23. Due to the devastating flood and its after affect, the Installation was delayed. On Friday, Rtn. Samita Dutta took charge as the President from Rtn. Jayashree Kar. Rtn. Parnashree Bhattacharjee has taken charge of Secretary from the outgoing Secretary Rtn. Chandana Purkayastha.

The Chief guest of the occasion was Rtn. Ramanuj Gupta, After the welcome speech by Rtn. Jayashree Kar, Rtn. Chandana Purkayastha informed about last year’s activities of the club. The new President of RC Silchar Pink. Rtn. Samita Dutta in her welcome speech expressed her desire to serve the society in most effective ways. She also introduced the Board of Directors. Chief guest , Rtn. Ramanuj Gupta in his speech assured to help Pink members in all possible ways. He also expressed his satisfaction after listening to the Secretary’s report of Rotary year 2021-22. At the end of the programme, Rtn. Parnashree Bhattacharjee delivered the vote of thanks.
