নেট্রিপ থেকে ভোট সামগ্রী বিতরণ শুরু ১৬ এপ্রিল
Distribution of Poll Materials will start at NATRIP from 16 April

১2 এপ্রিল : কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসক তথা জেলা নির্বাচনী আধিকারিকের কার্যালয় থেকে এক নির্দেশে জানানো হয়েছে, ভোটসামগ্রী বিতরণ ও গ্রহণের কাজে নিযুক্ত কর্মী এবং আধিকারিকদের ঝাপিরবন্দের নেট্রিপ থেকে লক্ষীপুর এবং কাটিগড়া বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রের ভোটসামগ্রী ১৬ এপ্রিল বিতরণ করা হবে।

শিলচর, সোনাই, ধলাই, উধারবন্দ ও বড়খলা কেন্দ্রের ভোট সামগ্রী বিতরণ হবে ১৭ এপ্রিল। ভোট সামগ্রী বিতরণের কাজে নিযুক্ত কর্মীদের ১৬ এবং ১৭ এপ্রিল কেন্দ্রের হিসেবে সকাল ৬টায় নেট্রিপে উপস্থিত থাকতে বলা হয়েছে। এই কাজে নিযুক্ত কর্মীদের নেট্রিপ পৌঁছানোর জন্য কাছাড়ের জেলাশাসকের কার্যালয় সংলগ্ন ডাকবাংলো থেকে এই দুদিন সকাল ৫টায় বাস পরিষেবার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।

অনুরূপভাবে ভোট গ্রহণের পর ভোট সামগ্রী জমা নেওয়ার জন্য এসব কর্মী ও আধিকারিকরা ১৮ এপ্রিল বেলা ৩টা ৩০ মিনিটে নেট্রিপে উপস্থিত থাকবেন এবং তাদের পরিবহণের জন্য এ দিন বেলা ২টা থেকে বাস পরিষেবা ডাকবাংলো থেকে প্রদান করা হবে।

ভোট সামগ্রী গ্রহণ এবং বিতরণের জন্য নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত আধিকারিক ও কর্মীদের উপযুক্ত প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য ১৩ এপ্রিল বেলা ৩টায় শিলচরের জেলা গ্রন্থাগারে এক প্রশিক্ষণ শিবিরের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।

নিযুক্তিপ্রাপ্ত কর্মীদের পাস এবং ফটোগ্রাফি সেল থেকে পরিচয়পত্র সংগ্রহ করতে বলা হয়েছে। ভোটকর্মীরা সচিত্র পরিচয়পত্রের জন্য ২ কপি স্ট্যাম্প সাইজের ফটো সহ অথবা ফটো সেশনে উপস্থিত থেকে শিলচরের জলসম্পদ বিভাগের কার্যবাহী কার্যালয়ে যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন।

April 12: In a notification issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Cachar cum Returning Officer of the district, it was informed that poll materials will be issued to the polling parties from NATRIP at Jhapirband.

On 16 April, 2019 poll materials will be issued for the two Assembly constituencies of Lakhipur and Katigorah. Whereas, on 17 April, 2019 poll materials will be issued for the remaining 5 assembly constituencies of Silchar, Sonai. Dholai, Udharbond and Borkhola.

All employees associated with polling duty were directed to report at NATRIP as per their assigned duties on 16 and/or 17 April at 6 AM. In this regard, bus service has been arranged to drop the employees at NATRIP. Buses will leave from Dak Bungalow, near the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar at 5 AM on both 16 and 17 April.

In a similar way, it was further notified that the officials and staff assigned to receive poll materials are to be present at NATRIP by 3.30 PM on 18 April. Bus service has been arranged for such employees from Dak Bungalow, near the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar at 2 PM on 18 April.

The employees who have been assigned the duty of distribution and collection of materials will be provided training for the same at District Library Auditorium on 13 April at 3 PM. The employees were directed to collect identity cards from the Pass and Photography Cell which is located in the office of the Executive Engineer of Water Resources near Dak Bungalow. They were further asked to take along with them 2 copies of stamp size photograph along with them. They can also get their photographs clicked at the Pass and Photography Cell
