None found Covid +ve in Assam, 2 discharged & no death registered on Wednesday

Mar. 16: On Wednesday, out of 1,623 tests, no persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus stands now at 7,24,178. The positivity rate in the state is 0.92 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered no positive case during the day. Further, on Wednesday, none died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,639. The recovery rate is 98.90 percent. Also, 02 persons were discharged during the day. There are at present 13 active Covid patients in the state.

It needs mention here that on Tuesday, 05 persons tested positive in Assam and no death was registered.
