149 tests +ve in Assam on Friday; 160 patients discharged
Active cases 3,272 in Assam
Nov. 27: On Friday, out of 25,848 tests 149 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,12,320 out of which, 3,272 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.58 percent.
On Friday, 160 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,08,065 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, 02 more patients died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 980.
