The Commission has requested candidates to reach their respective examination venues at least two hours before the scheduled commencement of the examination to facilitate frisking and verification. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the examination begins, while no candidate will be permitted to enter 20 minutes after the commencement of the examination.

Candidates have been instructed not to carry prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, health bands, Bluetooth devices, calculators, electronic gadgets, written materials, books, bags or any other communication devices inside the examination hall. Possession of any such item, whether switched on or switched off, will be treated as use of unfair means and will invite disqualification.

The Commission has also informed that the OMR Answer Sheet will consist of an original red sheet and a blue carbon copy. After completion of the examination, candidates should detach and retain the blue carbon copy while handing over the original red OMR sheet to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

Candidates have been asked to carefully fill in all required particulars, including the examination centre, venue, roll number, Test Booklet Number and Test Booklet Series on the OMR Answer Sheet. They should also verify that the Test Booklet supplied contains all pages and immediately report any discrepancy to the Invigilator.

The examination carries negative marking, with one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question being deducted for every incorrect answer. Candidates have also been reminded that they will not be permitted to leave the examination hall before the completion of the allotted time for each paper.

Strict discipline will be maintained throughout the examination. Copying, communication with other candidates or any form of malpractice will result in immediate disqualification. Candidates will not be allowed to use the toilet during the first and last 30 minutes of the examination, while any permitted visit during the examination will be limited to a maximum of five minutes.

The district administration has appealed to all candidates to cooperate with the examination authorities, comply with the prescribed guidelines and report to their respective centres well in advance to avoid inconvenience.
