No power supply between 9 AM to 1 PM on 2 & 3 October at Silchar & its outskirts

October 1: In the backdrop of the ensuing Durga Puja, Cachar Circle of Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has issued a notification wherein it was stated that power supply will be disabled from 9 AM to 1 PM on 2 & 3 October, 2019. The repairing work on urgent basis will be carried on at 132/33 KV Srikona Sub-station under AEGCL.

In this connection, Chief Executive Officer of Cachar Electrical Circle of APDCL has informed that there will be power cut on 2 and 3 October between 9 AM to 1 PM at Silchar town and its outskirts. Further, power service will also be disrupted at Ramnagar, Srikona, Arunachal, Irongmara, Barjalenga, Dholai, Sonai, Kabuganj and its adjoining areas.
