12 days district Level training on Community Volunteers AAPDA MITRA organised by DDMA Cachar

March 21: Twelve days District Level Residential Training on Community Volunteers AAPDA MITRA of Cachar District organized by District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) Cachar under the aegis of ASDMA, Govt. of Assam & NDMA, Govt. of India has been inaugurated today at the auditorium of BOSCHOTECH, Ramnagar, Silchar.

The training program was inaugurated by JR Lalsim, CEO, DDMA, Cachar in presence of Kishen Chorei, Asstt Commissioner, DDMA, Cachar, Shamim Ahmed Laskar, DPO, DDMA, Mehboob Alam Laskar, Deputy Director, NYK, Silchar & Resource Person from Civil Defense & DDMA Officials.

In these batches, a total of 75 volunteers will be trained and Resource Persons from Civil Defense, DDMA, SMCH, SDRF, Fire Service etc will be imparted training for next 12 days.
