Chief Librarian of ISI Kolkata delivers lecture on ‘Multiple Career Options’ at RMC Silchar

way2barak, Dec.21: The Career Guidance Cell and Central Library of Radhamadhab College in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organised a session on “Career Planning & Multiple Career Options” for the students on Wednesday. The resource person of the session was Dr Kishor Satpathy, Chief Librarian of Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata.

Apart from the session on career counselling, Dr Kishor Satpathy also delivered a separate lecture on the topic “Intellectual Property Rights in Digital Environment” for the faculty members. Both the two lectures were very informative.

The programme was attended by the Principal, teachers and students of the college. The Coordinator of the programme and Librarian Dr Sonali Choudhury thanked everyone for their support and cooperation. Earlier during the day, Dr Sonali Choudhury explained the objective of the programme. The Principal of the college, Dr Debashish Roy felicitated the resource person Dr Kishor Satpathy with an uttorio and memento.
