519 grams heroine seized in Cachar, 4 arrested

way2barak, Dec 22: Based on reliable inputs, Cachar Police launched two separate anti-narcotics operations at different locations in the district. First at Silchar Bypass under Silchar PS where 152.98 gm heroin was seized and in another operation at Kazidahar where 33 soap boxes containing 366 gm heroin was recovered and duly seized from the possession of drugs peddlers.

Additional Police Super Subrata Sen informs that 4 persons have been apprehended. Further investigation is underway.
