Business Associates of Dalmia Cement distribute grocery items to 200 construction workers in Karimganj

April 26: On the occasion of Akshayatithi and Ramadan, an initiative has been taken by business associates of Dalmia Cement to distribute packets of grocery items among 200 construction workers, who are badly affected due to the ongoing lockdown. The first phase of the distribution was done today on Sunday at Ajay Traders, Silchar Road, Karimganj and was attended by all major dealers of Dalmia Cement.

The grocery packets distributed among the distressed contained Rice – 2 Kg, Dal – 750 gms, Potato – 1 Kg, Onion – 500 gms, Musturd Oil – 1/2 litre, Soyabean – 2 packets, Salt – 1 Kg and Sugar – 250 gms.

The second phase of distribution will be done on the next day (27th April 2020) at the same place. This initiative is financially supported by Dalmia Cement. This was informed in a press release issued by the Business Associates of Dalmia Cement, Karimganj
