ওয়ে টু বরাক, ১ ডিসেম্বর : আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষা বিভাগ আয়োজিত বার্ষিক বিজ্ঞান প্রদর্শনীতে ইন্টিগ্রেটেড বিএসসি-বিএড কোর্সের শিক্ষার্থীরা সোমবার তাঁদের সৃজনশীল বৈজ্ঞানিক মডেল উপস্থাপন করেন। প্রদর্শনীতে শিক্ষার্থীদের বৈজ্ঞানিক জ্ঞান ও শিক্ষণ-দক্ষতার সমন্বিত প্রকাশ সবার নজর কাড়ে।

অনুষ্ঠানে বিভিন্ন বিভাগভিত্তিক আকর্ষণীয় মডেল প্রদর্শিত হয়। পদার্থবিজ্ঞানের শিক্ষার্থীরা ভূমিকম্প ও অগ্নিকাণ্ড শনাক্তকরণের ডুয়েল সেফটি অ্যালার্ট সিস্টেম ও সৌরশক্তি-চালিত ল্যাজার সিকিউরিটি সিস্টেম উপস্থাপন করেন। রসায়ন বিভাগের প্রদর্শনীতে ছিল সহজ পদ্ধতিতে জল পরিশোধন মডেল ও বর্জ্য ব্যবস্থাপনার মাধ্যমে সম্পদ তৈরির প্রকল্প।
উদ্ভিদবিদ্যা বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীরা উদ্ভিদের অভ্যন্তরীণ পরিবহন প্রক্রিয়ার মডেল ও সেচের জন্য কার্যকর রেনওয়াটার ড্রিপ সিস্টেমপ্রদর্শন করেন। প্রাণীবিদ্যার শিক্ষার্থীরা মানব শ্বসনতন্ত্রের বিস্তারিত মডেল এবং নিউরনের গঠন সম্পর্কে প্রদর্শনী উপস্থাপন করে দর্শকদের আকৃষ্ট করেন।

শিক্ষা বিভাগের অধ্যাপকরা প্রদর্শনী পরিদর্শন করে শিক্ষার্থীদের বৈজ্ঞানিক ধারণা আয়ত্ত করার পাশাপাশি ভবিষ্যৎ শ্রেণিকক্ষের জন্য কার্যকর প্রদর্শনী কৌশল উন্নয়নের প্রচেষ্টাকে প্রশংসা করেন। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিভিন্ন বিভাগের শিক্ষক-শিক্ষার্থীরাও এই প্রদর্শনী উপভোগ করেন।

Way2barak, December 1 : The Integrated BSc-BEd students of the Department of Education at Assam University, Silchar, organised and presented their annual Science Exhibition on Monday demonstrating a blend of scientific knowledge and pedagogical skill.

The event featured student-built models designed to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, practical applications. Key exhibits from the students included a Dual Safety Alert System for earthquake and fire detection (Physics) and a solar-powered Laser Security System. The Chemistry section presented a Water Purification model using simple filtration and a Waste to Wealth project on recycling. The Botany section displays featured a model on Transportation in Plants and a working Rainwater Drip System for irrigation. Zoology students presented a detailed Human Respiratory System model and a Neuron structure display.

The faculty members of the Department of Education visited the exhibition and appreciated the students’ dual focus on mastering scientific content and developing effective demonstration techniques for future classrooms. The event attracted visitors from across the university community.
