Actual date of HSLC/AHM results only after lockdown gets over: SEBA

April 10: Speculations are rife as regards the date of declaration of High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) examinations 2020 by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA). However, SEBA is reluctant at this moment to announce any date for the announcement of the results but rather preferred to say that the actual date of the results can only be declared once the lockdown is over.

SEBA Chairman Ramesh Chandra Jain told The Sentinel that that while evaluation of 80 per cent answer scripts has been completed, that of the remaining ones is expected to be completed after lifting of the lockdown. He added that if the lockdown is not extended indefinitely, SEBA will be able to declare the results by the second week of June.
