15 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Tuesday, 10 discharged

July 6: Hailakandi registered 15 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. Of the 15 positive cases detected on Tuesday, 13 of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas 02 persons were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 104 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,140 RAT tests and 239 RT-PCR tests were done. 10 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,562 (both 1st & 2nd wave).  As of now, a total of 4,036 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 05 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date 47 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.
