Cachar Police in action: Buffalo laden truck & 67 cartons liquor from another truck intercepted

June 6: Cachar Police is on the high spirits and is continuing its war against anti-social elements. On Saturday, in two separate incidents, Cachar Police straightened itself and stopped illegal activities. In the 1st instance, Cachar Police seized 67 cartons liquor being transported illegally in a truck under Dwarbond PS & 37 bottles IMFL at Rangirkhari.

In another incident, Cachar Police intercepted a truck near Sarashpur under Gumrah PIC & recovered 12 buffalos being transported in unhealthy condition. A case is registered & vehicle has been seized.
