104 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Sunday, 21 discharged

May 30: Hailakandi registered 104 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Of the 104 positive cases detected on Sunday, 103 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 01 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 1,321 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,903 RAT tests and 272 RT-PCR tests were done. 21 patients were discharged during the day. It needs mention here that 158 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Saturday. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 6,136.

As of now, in the 54,159 persons have received the 1st dose of the vaccine (irrespective of age), whereas, 16,255 have been administered the 2nd dose in Hailakandi district.
