74 Covid deaths in Assam in last 3 days including 26 on Friday

April 30: With a tragic turn of events, more and more people are losing their lives in Assam due to Covid-19. In the last three days, 74 persons in the state have lost their lives due to the deadly coronavirus. On 28 April, 22 people succumbed to Covid-19, 29 April recorded 26 more deaths and on 30 April again 26 persons lost their lives in the virus attack.

Out of the 26 deceased on Friday, 08 are from Kamrup Metro, 04 from Kamrup Rural, 2 each from Dibrugarh, Hojai, Sivasagar, Nagaon; 1 each from Barpeta, Cachar, Darrang, Golaghat, Nalbari & Udalguri. The death tally of the state now stands at 1,307.
