Assam registers 3 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Sunday, toll rises to 943

Nov. 8: On Sunday, Assam registered 03 more deaths due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 943. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The three deceased were identified as:

• Gunamala Devi (73) & Rana Kalita (54) of Kamrup Metro
• Jagu Patra (57) of Tinsukia
