Health condition of Soumitra Chatterjee improves, shifted to non-Covid ward

Oct. 15: The health condition of legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee has improved. The 85-year-old actor, who tested negative for coronavirus on Wednesday, was administered “musical therapy” and physiotherapy on Thursday, a doctor said. Chatterjee has been shifted to a non-COVID ward.

He was admitted to a private hospital in Kolkata on October 6 after he tested positive for COVID-19. A team of 15 doctors is overseeing him at the hospital.
