Medical & Sales Representatives’ Union express deep grief at the demise of Ashim Dutta

Sept. 7: The members of the Centre of Medical & Sales Representatives’ Union popularly known as CRU (NER) was deeply saddened at the news of the untimely demise of Ashim Dutta, who was a well-known journalist of ‘Dainik Prantyojoti’ and ‘BTN’. Moreover, he was the Medical Representative of M/S Jonson & Jonson based at Silchar and at the same time was also one of the Executive Committee Member of CRU (NER).

Ashim Dutta contributed a lot to organize the then Ethnor company field workers and the field worker’s movement of the North Eastern Region as a whole. Later, he left the job of MR and joined in the field of journalism in Silchar, where he had passionately dedicated his service to the field of journalism. CRU and CITU jointly conveyed deep condolences to Ashim Dutta and extended its heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
