1362 patients discharged in Assam on Monday

July 27: On Monday, 1362 patients were discharged from various hospitals across Assam. With this, 25,402 patients were discharged till now in Assam. Further, 1348 persons were tested positive in Assam on Monday, thereby taking the total infected tally of the state to 33,576, out of which, 8085 are active cases. 7 more COVID-19 positive patients died during the day in the state, taking the death tally to 86. In a tweet, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “1362 patients have been discharged today. Happy to see rising numbers of discharged cases. Salute to the medical team.”
