Assam registers 4 more COVID-19 deaths including 1 in Karimganj, tally reaches 70

July 23: Another four persons in Assam have died due to COVID-19 on Thursday. They were identified as BL Ajit Saria (75) from Kamrup Metro, Baldev Singh (43) from Jammu & Kashmir, Samim Ahmed (40) Karimganj, Dilip Kr Roy (53) from Kokrajhar. With this, the death tally of the state has gone upto 66. In a tweet, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “My prayers and condolences for the bereaved families.”
